Kompakte Einzelphotonquellen im Sichtbaren (KEPHOSI)
We would like to realize
stable single photon sources operating at room temperature. The sources will be
based on single defect centers in diamond. A robust design and high photon
emission rates are the main goals. We will demonstrate applications as quantum
light standards, sources for quantum cryptography as well as fundamental
quantum optical experiments.
