Quanten Repeater Plattformen auf der Basis von Halbleitern (QuaHL-Rep)

The main goal of the project is the development and test of components for a quantum repeater. This subproject concentrates on the aspects involving photons. One specific goal is the entanglement of the spin state of charge carriers of distant quantum dots via entangled photons. The other goal is the conversion of photons or photon pairs from single photon sources or photon pair sources in order to realize fiber-based transfer of entanglement
