On November 28, 2024, Science & Startups will host the Female Founders Day for the fourth time. Like last year, all visitors and speakers will come together at FluxFM's FluxBau directly on the Spree to network, empower and educate each other, especially as women. This is urgently needed, as there is still no gender parity in the startup industry. The results of the German Startup Monitor 2024 even show that the proportion of female founders has fallen from 20.7% to a meagre 18.8% compared to last year. This makes events such as Female Founders Day all the more important. However, we are not only encouraging women and FLINTA people to participate - men are also welcome to take part in FFD 2024 and support the equality of FLINTA people in the startup scene.
The exact program, consisting of various workshops and presentations by speakers, will be announced in our news corner in the coming weeks.
