Diversity is a central component of Humboldt-Universität - but how is it actually experienced in everyday working and studying life? How do we deal with differences? And where are there obstacles or room for improvement? The Centre for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging cordially invites you to status group-specific workshops (via Zoom).

The aim of the workshops is to gain a clear picture of the current culture together:

• Where do you experience diversity as enriching?
• Where do you perceive unequal treatment, exclusion, discrimination or barriers?
• What development potential do you see?

The workshops offer space for dialogue and new ideas - in a safe environment: There is no list of participants, all contributions and suggestions will be analysed anonymously afterwards and will be incorporated into the development of the HU's diversity strategy.

We look forward to active participation - because the more perspectives come together, the better we can learn together and further develop our university.
