The workshop offers an introduction to the principles of diversity-competent leadership in higher education.

We will zoom in on the following questions:
- Which approaches to diversity (DEI) are actually sustainable?
- What is the connection between diversity competence, leadership and representation?
- What is the difference between discrimination/racism and prejudice, and why is an understanding thereof important in leading diverse teams?

By changing perspectives and working on case examples (team development, conflict management and recruitment) you will gain practical knowledge on your scope of action within the institutional framework.
