Abstract: The IceCube Neutrino Observatory at the South Pole observes the neutrino sky with an unprecedented sensitivity to galactic and extragalactic cosmic ray accelerators. Within the multi-messenger framework, IceCube offers unique capabilities to correlate the neutrino sky with the gamma-ray sky and ultra high energy cosmic rays. The recent discovery of an all-flavor diffuse astrophysical neutrino flux has opened a new astrophysical window. I will review the status of the IceCube measurements on cosmic neutrinos and discuss the perspectives to find electromagnetic counterparts.
