Soft Skills (HSG)
In order to prepare the participants for different career choices, education in the IRTG/TRP includes soft skill courses on scientific presentations, concise writing, ethics and scientific conduct, legal aspects, science management or implications of research for the developing society.
The IRTG/TRP embeds this part of education within the Humboldt-Graduate-School (HGS) which offers a lot of new possibilities for training of the young scientist beyond scientific problems.
