Please note that there may currently be longer processing times for applications due to the ongoing professorial appointment committees and the time allotted for the work of the Women's Representative at the Department of Physics. Consultations for those affected by discrimination and sexualized harassment, discrimination and violence have priority over all other processes.
Please note that requests for signatures from the Women's Representative will only be processed via the Department's secretary's office (personal@physik.hu-berlin.de) and please refrain from direct requests or inquiries about processes. Please allow a processing period of at least 2 weeks for all procedures and notify me of time-critical procedures well in advance.
Please note that job interviews must also be announced at least 2 weeks in advance and the documents of all applications received (even if no invitation has been sent) must be made available at the same time. When announcing interviews with provisional dates, please specify the dates at least 7 days in advance.
